OAKWOOD'S KEYS TAKES HOME TWO HBCUAC AWARDS

NEW ORLEANS – Oakwood University's Saniya Keys was named the HBCU Athletic Conference Offensive and Freshman of the Week, league officials announced Tuesday. She was honored for her performances from Dec. 2-8.

It was Keys' seventh and eighth weekly honor from the league.

Keys leads the HBCUAC in scoring at 19.9 points per game, which ranks in the top 25 nationally, and is third in the conference in rebounding at 11.6 per game.
