The win sends the Ambassadors (17-8) to the semifinals where they will meet the Rust College/Paul Quinn College winner Saturday at 4 p.m. If Oakwood wins that game, it will play in the championship game Sunday at 4 p.m.

It was the Ambassadors' third win over the Bulldogs this season.

"I was a little worried about this game because it's hard to beat a team three times," Oakwood coach Ronnie Abrams said. "Our girls did a great job preparing for the game and stayed locked in from start to finish."

Murray led the way with 21 points, seven rebounds, six assists and a block. She was 8-of-17 from the field, including a pair of 3-pointers, and 3-of-4 from the free throw line.

Adams finished with 19 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Josiah had 18 points, three rebounds, four assists and a steal. She was almost perfect from the field, going 7-of-8, including 4-of-5 from 3-point range.

Oakwood shot 45.6 percent (26-of-57) from the field, including 36 percent (9-of-25) from 3-point range, and 79.2 percent (19-of-24) from the free throw line.

Jada Hairston and Makyla Tucker led Wilberforce with 14 points apiece. Asia Cochran finished with 13 points, while Laniya Early added 11.

The Bulldogs shot 34.7 percent (25-of-72) from field, including 30.4 percent (7-of-23) from beyond the arc, and 52.9 percent (9-of-17) from the charity stripe.
