MACK NAMED OAKWOOD'S PLAYER OF THE WEEK

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Joshua Mack, a 5-foot-9, 180-pound redshirt sophomore infielder/designated hitter from Fayetteville, Ga., has been named Oakwood University's Player of the Week for the week ending April 12.

Mack had a huge weekend despite the Ambassadors dropping all three games to Wilberforce University in an HBCU Athletic Conference series.

Mack batted .667, going 6-for-9 including a homer, to go along with five RBI, while scoring five runs.

In Thursday's opener, Mack went 2-for-3 with a homer, three RBI and scored two runs. In the nightcap, he went 1-for-2 with an RBI and scored a run.

Mack went 3-for-4 in Friday's series finale, with an RBI and scored two runs.

Mack and Oakwood will be back in action Tuesday at home against Florida Baptist. First pitch is set for 1 p.m. at John Hunt Park.
