TUSKEGEE USES BIG INNING TO BEAT OAKWOOD

TUSKEGEE, Ala. – Tuskegee University erupted for seven runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to erase a 2-1 Oakwood University lead and went on to beat the Ambassadors 14-4 Tuesday afternoon at Washington Field.

The loss dropped Oakwood to 1-11 on the season. Tuskegee improved to 7-9.

Jordan Jennings had two of the Ambassadors' three hits on the day, finishing 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and scored a run. Herb Collins had Oakwood's other hit.

Collins, Caleb Edmondson and Corey Levey scored a run each, while Jamison Green had an RBI.

Jayden Coleman (0-2) took the loss, allowing four runs, all earned, on six hits in four innings. He walked one and struck out two.
