Oakwood University will honor its four seniors tonight when the Ambassadors (4-20,2-11) host Fisk University (6-15, 5-8) in their final Gulf Coast Athletic Conference regular season game. Tipoff is set for 8 at Ashby Auditorium.

Booker II will be appearing in his 21
st game tonight and will make his 19
th start of the season. He is averaging 7.5 points and 4.5 rebounds while playing just under 25 minutes per game. Booker II had a season-high 14 points against Tougaloo College on Feb. 10 and a season-high eight rebounds against the Bulldogs on Jan. 24.
Hall will be appearing in his 21
st game tonight and will make his second start of the season. He is averaging 2.4 points and 2.2 rebounds while playing just under 10 minutes per game. Hall had a season-high seven points and four rebounds against Willey College on Feb. 11.
Steward was lost for the season after sustaining a knee injury against Dillard University on Jan. 14. However, in seven games, he averaged a team-high 16.1 points to go along with 4.6 rebounds per game, while playing more than 25 minutes per game. Steward, who had a season-high 28 points against Middle Georgia on Nov. 4, 2022 and a season-high eight rebounds in a loss to Washington Adventist on Dec. 3, was named GCAC Player of the Week on Dec. 8 after averaging 26 points, 6.5 rebounds, two assists and 1.5 blocks per game. He became the first Oakwood student-athlete to be named GCAC Player of the Week.
Watson will be appearing in his 21
st game tonight and will make his 18
th start of the season. He is averaging 2.5 points per game while playing just under 15 minutes per game.
In addition to men's basketball, women's basketball, men's and women's soccer and the volleyball seniors will also be recognized.
Oakwood enters tonight's game having won its last outing against Southern University at New Orleans. However, Fisk downed the Ambassadors 66-61 in the GCAC opener for both teams back on Jan. 8 in Nashville.
Judelin Prophete (Miami, FL) is averaging a team-high 13 points and 7.9 rebounds per game for Oakwood. R.J. Hassell is one of three Fisk players averaging in double figures at 12.2 points per game.
