OAKWOOD WOMEN'S SOCCER BEATS TOUGALOO TO PICK UP FIRST WIN OF THE SEASON

 
Oakwood women's soccer picked up its first win of the season Friday, knocking off Tougaloo College 4-2 at University Field.

JyAire McEachin scored two goals and Nicevarlyn Philippe and Daniel Bucknor scored one apiece to lift the Ambassadors over the Bulldogs.

Oakwood improved to 1-3 with the victory, while snapping its three-game losing streak.

Oakwood goalkeeper Amerlin Sosa picked up her first win of the season, finishing with three saves.

The Ambassadors finished with 10 shots on goal, while Tougaloo had five.
