OAKWOOD WOMEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO TALLADEGA COLLEGE

TALLADEGA, Ala. – Oakwood women's soccer struggled for the second time in as many games Sunday afternoon as Talladega College came away with a 22-0 victory.
 
The loss dropped the Ambassadors to 0-2 on the season, while the Tornadoes improved to 3-2.
 
Talladega scored 14 goals in the first half and eight more in the second.
 
Oakwood was outshot 37-0, including 32-0 in shots on goal.        
 
Goalkeeper Amerlin Sosa had two saves before leaving the game with an injury. Yulianna Castro finished with eight saves.
 
Annalis Vincent scored eight goals for the Tornadoes, one of seven players to score for Talladega College.
 
Oakwood is back in action Sunday at Wesleyan College.
