MURRAY, BUCKNOR AND WILEY NAMED OAKWOOD'S PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Kamaria Murray, Cameryn Bucknor and Alexis Wiley have been named Oakwood University's Players of the Week for the week ending Nov. 16.

The trio, members of the Ambassadors' volleyball team, came up big despite a five-set loss to Huston-Tillotson last week in the 2025 HBCUAC Championship.

Oakwood was down 2-0, but battled back to tie the match before falling 15-13 in the last set.

Murray, a first-team All-HBCUAC selection, finished with a double-double, including a game-high 17 kills and 11 digs.

Bucknor, a second-team All-HBCUAC pick, also recorded a double-double, finishing with 14 digs and 13 assists, while Wiley, also named a second-team All-HBCUAC selection, finished with a double-double with 17 assists and 15 digs.
